Our state-of-the-art gymnasium and fitness centre is situated on Commercial Road
at Teneriffe. We are close and convenient for local residents and workers located
in Teneriffe, Newstead, New Farm and Fortitude Valley.
What can we offer you?
The equipment in our gym in Teneriffe is interconnected using the Technogym Wellness System.
This allows you to tailor your fitness program across a range of exercise
equipment, including bikes, treadmills, upper body and lower body machines.
The Wellness System monitors your progress on each piece of equipment in the gym
and helps you to achieve the fitness goals you set. Each member is supplied
with a personalised electronic ID key for our gym in Teneriffe. Insert your ID key into each piece
of equipment in the gym and the Wellness System automatically programs it for your
personal requirements.
As well as the Wellness System, our gym in Teneriffe includes traditional
benches and weights for those that prefer 'Old School' workouts. There is
also a general floor area for stretching, with a variety of exercise balls
available for members to use.
If you enjoy the personal touch, our experienced personal trainers are
available just for you. We will guide you through a fitness program
personally tailored to your needs. The personal trainers will teach you the
correct operation of all equipment in the gym. Using a personal trainer is also a
great motivational aid. Exercising is more fulfilling with someone beside
you all the way encouraging you to reach your goals. We will show you how
to get the most out of your gym experience at Bodywize Teneriffe.
The group fitness room is great for those that prefer exercising in teams.
The room is located at the rear of our gym in Teneriffe opposite the entrance
to the Stella Day Spa.
There are regular classes in Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Body Step, Body Attack,
Body Pump, Latin Dance, as well as special classes for pregnant women.

'Me time' is very important. If you are having troubles finding time to
'Get Away' to exercise at a gym, we have childminding facilities available.
Use the gym, attend a group session, or just pamper yourself at Stella Day
Spa, comfortable with the knowledge that your children are fully supervised
nearby in a safe environment.
