Bodywize has a variety of group fitness classes to suit individual needs and ability. Choose from our wide range of cardiovascular workouts, mind/body classes, muscular strength and endurance workouts.
Cardiovascular Workouts
RPM - Raw Power in Motion! Come and experience one of the most fantastic cardio sessions available! The stationary indoor cycle class that is designed for everyone will really whip your body into shape extra fast. Ride the calorie killer.
Body Step - This fantastic step class is designed to suit all fitness levels using an adjustable platform in increase intensity. You will get an excellent lower body workout.
Box Circuit - A variety of exercises that provide a complete workout using punching bags and pads and develop your boxing and kickboxing skills.
Bosu - Something you've never tried before. A class that covers it all!! Improve strength & fitness while toning. Open to all levels of fitness.
Mind and Body Classes
Body Balance – This class is a perfect blend of Pilates, Yoga and Tai Chi that will rebalance your body and mind. You will feel revived and stress free whilst improving strength and flexibility.
Ashtanga Yoga - A physically demanding form of practicing Yoga. Postures flow with the breath, creating a dynamic energy. This type of Yoga will strengthen the whole of the body, developing upper body and strengthening abdominals.
Hatha Yoga - This form of Yoga places emphasis on flexibility, mobility, body awareness and most importantly breathing - which is what the word ‘hatha’ (with breath) means.
Pilates - Based on the principles of rebalancing body alignment, Pilates will help develop longer and leaner muscles while improving your posture and flexibility. This floor exercise class works the core muscles of the body, including the deeper muscles of the abdomen, the back, buttocks, and shoulder blades.
Mind, Body, Balance - An integration of tai chi, yoga, pilates, chi gung and general stretch.
Muscular Strength and Endurance Workouts
Body Pump - This is a class that will help transform your shape and improve muscle tone. Designed to give you an effective and challenging workout with the use of barbells and weights.
Register for ALL classes at reception 15 minutes prior to scheduled class commencement times.

- if it is your first time in a group fitness class;
- if you are pregnant or injured.
