All Members are assessed when joining Bodywize. A consultation and induction program will be arranged for you with our qualified staff to determine the best approach to your total wellness and training program.

Once you have collaborated with your trainer your program will be downloaded onto your own TecnoGym System (TGS) key. The Bodywize TechnoGym and key system takes the guesswork out of your workout. It ensures that accurate results are recorded automatically and your progress is stored in your individual program that will be accessed by your trainer for a 6 week review included as part of your membership.
